Cupping therapy is the use of special cups applied to your skin with negative pressure to create suction to the surface of your skin. This can help to impact many conditions, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, well-being, and as a type of fascial massage. It is common and expected that bruising and/or discoloration to the treated locations can last 3-10 days.
